Paramore and Jimmy Eat World was worth the 13 hour drive April 29th, 2008
A few weeks ago, we were at Salem for the Paramore and Jimmy Eat
World co-headlining show. We had high expectations going into
the venue, but the performance surpassed all our concert-standards.
Check out the photos (Jimmy Eat World and Paramore
) and show review, brought to you by the one and only
Melanie Komori.
There are a couple of awesome
new releases that we want to mention in this update.
Your Vegas from Leeds/NYC (we will feature an interview with
these Brit boys later this week) and FBR's The Cab are releasing their
debut albums today. Make sure you check them out! When Bone Palace meets the Fortress April 20th, 2008
Last Friday, we were at the first date of the Chiodos/Protest the
Hero Canadian Tour. We danced to the keys of Bone Palace Ballet
and headbanged to the basslines of Fortress, and of course, we
didn't forget to take note of what went on during the show so that
we could them 'em with you!
Check out the Concert Review as well as some
live photos from
Chiodos' set! The sound of Slick Dogs and Ponies April 16th, 2008

of bands, the show will win you over. Check out what we thought about

The Reason. No, don't worry, not Hoobastank April 19th, 2007
What is The Reason exactly? Canadian rock band of course. If that's not cool
enough, how about a band playing the Virgin Fest with AFI and The Killers? Well
I'd think that's pretty rad. So if you haven't heard of them yet, check out the music and our Interview with Cubby, the guitarist of The Reason.
C. Anberlin again? Why, HELL YEA!! April 18th, 2007
If you've been checking the site for the past week or so, you know that
we were pretty stoked for the Anberlin show on Monday. More exciting is that we
got to chat with Stephen Christian, Anberlin's lead singer, before the show. Check out what Stephen had to say in the new Anberlin Interview!
C. Don't try to wake me up even if the sun really does come out tomorrow April 17th, 2007
Last night, we went to see Anberlin, one of those awesome nights of the year...
and of course, we've got the coverage for you! Check out the Anberlin show review as well as the
pictures!
In the next couple of days, look out for our interview with Stephen from Anberlin
and Cubby from The Reason!
Even more exciting- we just talked with the guys from Relient K. To hear what the band has to say about the new record Five Scores and Seven Years Ago, tune in at the end of the week.
Just when you thought we're done- Comeback Kid on Thursday!! Lovin' it.
C. It's been a while but it's worth the wait April 16th, 2007
For those of you who are wondering what SaintRock is up to lately, here's
a little update:
We've uploaded some awesome The Hush Sound and Boys Like Girls pictures in the gallery.

Bunnies, Kitties, Puppies, and Rockstars April 9th, 2007
Easter is all about bunnies (or is it?), so in keeping with the theme, we decided to review
a couple of bands with animals in their names (just kidding, this is purely coincidental). First, check out these Canadian female rockstars- we loved
Kittie's Funeral for Yesterday. As for Sick Puppies' Dressed up as Life...it doesn't hurt to give it a listen when you are bored.
If you are REALLY bored, (or just want to check out some spiffy pictures of your favorite bands:P) check out our recently updated gallery featuring some of your favorite rockstars and more! It's Good Friday, Good Readers! Check out CDs from Shadows Fall and The Academy April 6th, 2007
Happy Easter long weekend! Hope you've all enjoyed the hunt for eggs and chocolates and such, or are all jealous because I did today! Ho Ho Ho Hum Pig's Bum! Check out a review for Foreverinmotion's new album April 5th, 2007
Just before the Easter long weekend, we got to check out
Foreverinmotion's soon to be released new album-
The Beautiful
Unknown. Check out what we thought, and if you like what
you're hearing, don't forget to check out the CD when it comes
out in May! Rockstar Taste of Chaos coverage. You know you loved the show:) April 2nd, 2007
The Rockstar studded Taste of Chaos 2007 is unfortunately
coming to an end in less than a week. We were lucky enough to
see the show in Toronto and chat with Mike from Senses Fail about
the shows and the music. So without further adu, here's a
Review of Taste of Chaos Toronto and an
interview with Senses Fail. Enjoy.-C
P.S.- More pictures from the show coming soon! Saintrocknroll is closing.. April 1st, 2007
NOT! aw, come on take a joke - it's April's fools! Anyways,
what I meant to say was
Killswitch Engage concert review is up and running
with images to follow (unfortunately we've only got
pictures of Chimaira and KSE due to "DragonForce's
Film Cameras only restriction')! Ch-check it! ;)
We've also got a Hellogoodbye concert comin'
around the corner, so stay tuned!
